Electronic circuit board production

Our company provides services for the assembly of printed circuit boards using surface mount technology, installation of electronic components in the hole and their combinations. The cost of installation services depends on the batch of products, the number of components and the number of soldering points.

Production of samples - by hand, in small-scale and serial production used manipulators and convection melting furnace. The boards are washed, if necessary, a protective lacquer coating is applied. It is possible to manufacture cable and harness products, assembly and installation of boards in the case, staffing products with purchased electronic components.

Stages of installation of printed circuit boards:

• Automated or manual mounting of components on the surface of printed circuit boards;
• Bilateral SMD installation;
• Combined installation of components: both in the holes of printed circuit boards and on the surface;
• PCB washing is performed;
• If necessary, a protective lacquer coating is applied;
• Assembly and installation of boards in the case;
• Production of cable and plait products;
• 100% inspection of the finished product.

The cost of installation services depends on the batch of products, the number of components and the number of soldering points.

Order requirements:

Requirements for the development of printed circuit boards:

• The maximum size of the printed circuit board is 500x400 mm.
• Boards of small sizes should be multiplied.
• All contact pads must be separated from each other by a soldering mask.
• Along the long sides of the PCB, SMD components should be no closer than 3.5mm from the edge of the board.
• The board must have two reference marks located at diagonal angles not closer than 5 mm from the edge of the board.
• In any case, it is strongly recommended to agree on the design of the printed circuit board before placing an order for its manufacture.

Requirements for components:

• The components must be delivered in the factory packaging and in full. The tape with the components must have a filling end at least 10 cm long.
• Chip components are supplied with a margin of 2%. All surpluses will be returned to the customer after the order is fulfilled.

We always have a number of resistors and capacitors, sizes 0805 and 1206 in stock.

To prepare the production (making a stencil and drawing up a program for automatic installation of SMD components) it is necessary to provide drawings in the format of the design system in which the printed circuit board was developed.
